Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item should:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund after verification.

Quick & Secure Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer after your details are confirmed.

Free Returns

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we'll cover the return shipping cost.
